    Shipping Carriers & Tracking

    Orders are shipped through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal partners.

    A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order is shipped.
    Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to display movement.
     

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, shipping destination, and carrier rates.

    Some orders may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.


    Incorrect Address Policy

    Please double-check your address at checkout.
    Medellin Mafia Design is not responsible for:

    • packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error

    • packages lost because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information

    If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the customerpays for reshipping.

    Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

    If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

    1. Check your mailbox, neighbors, or building office

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

    We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace or refund orders that were stolen after delivery.

    Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
